   PayPal, Payza, Stripe or DigitalRiver GmbH based exclusively on the buyer's selection and volition.
   Please read the PayPal Legal Agreements. Links to Payza & DigitalRiver Policies and Agreements are directly available at the bottom of their respective Checkout page.
   They are applicable to your purchase and you are bound to their terms and conditions.
- eRightSoft DOES NOT receive in any means from the assigned authorized Global Payment Gateways any information concerning the buyer credit card or banking information.
- eRightSoft DOES NOT have any direct or indirect access to the buyer credit card or banking information.
- eRightSoft DOES NOT process any payment on its websites, networks or servers.
- eRightSoft DOES NOT store any buyer credit card or banking information in paper form.
- eRightSoft DOES NOT store any buyer credit card or banking information in digital mode on servers.
- eRightSoft DOES NOT store any buyer credit card or banking information in a database.
- eRightSoft DOES NOT store any buyer credit card or banking information in a local network.

As soon as PayPal, Payza, Stripe or DigitalRiver GmbH confirm by email that your payment is processed and accepted, We will start updating
our database to implement your email, amount paid, date of payment, access expiry date, license key for software activation, and setup your
Personal Dedicated URL where you could download this Special Edition Zero-Bundle, Zero-Toolbars, Zero-Addons version of SUPER ©
Your Access Validity Date, License Key and Personal Dedicated URL will be emailed to you within the coming 24 hours from the time of your payment.
Please rest assured that we are working on it even during WeekEnds and Holidays.
You may also want to check your email spam folder.
As per our END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, you are not allowed to share or re-distribute your License Key or Personal Dedicated URL.

Delivery Policy (for Downloadable Digital Goods)

Upon receipt of your payment confirmation from our authorized Global Payment Gateways (PayPal, Payza, Stripe or DigitalRiver GmbH), We will start updating
our database to implement your email, amount paid, date of payment, access expiry date, license key for software activation, and setup your
Personal Dedicated URL where you could download this Special Edition Zero-Bundle, Zero-Toolbars, Zero-Addons version of SUPER ©
Your Access Validity Date, License Key and Personal Dedicated URL will be emailed to you within the coming 24 hours from the time of your payment.
If you receive an e-mail from us with instructions to complete your download, the receipt by you of the e-mail will constitute delivery
by us to you of the item(s) you purchased. In case you are unable to download the item(s) you purchase or you do not receive an e-mail
from us with instructions to complete your download, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of your payment.
If we do not hear from you within 5 days from the date of your payment, the item(s) you purchased will be considered received, downloaded and delivered to you.

If your Windows® Operating System remains the same and in a working condition, your can continue to use any of your already installed SUPER © Special Edition [Standard License] without any interruption. c- This SUPER © Special Edition [Standard License] can be downloaded and installed any time during your Download/Install authorized [Standard License] access date. Once installed, it can be used and it can run simultaneously on up to twelve (12) of your own Commercial or Personal PCs. #2- Special Edition   [Never-Ending License]  $112 : a- Life Time access to your Personal Dedicated URL with NO TIME LIMIT to continue to freely Download / Install / Update your SUPER © Special Edition version and receive full email technical assistance from our customer service support team. b- The SUPER © [Never-Ending License] version will NEVER EVER EXPIRE. If you change your PC or upgrade your Windows® Operating System, you may re-install or update your Special Edition [Never-Ending License] and continue normally to enjoy using it with absolutely NO TIME LIMIT. c- This SUPER © Special Edition [Never-Ending License] can be downloaded and installed any time, and used simultaneously on up to three (3) of your own Commercial or Personal PCs. #3- Upgrade to the Special Edition   [Never-Ending License]  $86 : a- This special Upgrade is available ONLY for users who have already purchased a Standard License Key even if it has expired. (DOES NOT apply to any Revoked License.) With this Upgrade, you will get the [Never-Ending License] allowing you to Download, Install and Update forever, even when you change your Operating System or your PC, and to save more than $30 (including tax/VAT) compared to the price shown above (#Item 2). Our server database logs every PC on which a License Key is installed, therefore our server has the exact number of PC using a same License Key. Assume that you initially purchased and installed a [Standard License] on 6 of your own PCs, irrelevant whether your License access has expired or not. If you wish to upgrade to the [Never-Ending License], two possibilities exist. We will ask your preference by email before processing any upgrade:     1. Keeping the same existing License Key (1234_john.doe.1977@jnail.org) not requiring any new download/install. It will be auto-reactivated in case it has expired. However, only 3 out of 12 PCs of your choice will be able to continue to run the SUPER © Special Edition [Never-Ending License]. We will disable from our server your other 9 PCs (if any).     2. Issuing a new License Key (5678_john.doe.1977@jnail.org) that requires a new install. This will allow you to upgrade 3 out of 12 PCs of your choice, while the remaining 9 could continue to run the already installed SUPER © Special Edition using the existing [Standard License]. b- The SUPER © [Never-Ending License] version will NEVER EVER EXPIRE. If you change your PC or upgrade your Windows® Operating System, you may re-install or update your Special Edition [Never-Ending License] and continue normally to enjoy using it with absolutely NO TIME LIMIT. c- This SUPER © Special Edition [Never-Ending License] can be downloaded and installed any time, and used simultaneously on up to three (3) of your own Commercial or Personal PCs. * You may download and install your SUPER © Special Edition whether for Commercial or Personal use, as long as all downloads and installs are carried out under the same Geo-location, same IP (Dynamic variable IPs from the same range are detected as same IP) and same Internet Service Provider. The SUPER © Special Edition can also be used for commercial use. However, company users are NOT allowed to install the SUPER © Special Edition also at their homes using the same company License Key. Any detection of download or install using the same License Key on a different Geo-location, or different IP (Dynamic variable IPs from the same range are detected as same IP), or different Reverse DNS (PTR record), or different Internet Service Provider etc.. is a License violation, causing the License to be immediately revoked. * Once downloaded and installed under the above shown condition, you may continue to use your SUPER © Special Edition anytime, anywhere, on any IP, any country, or any place in the world without any restriction. Under all circumstances, and as per our END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, you are not allowed to share or re-distribute your License Key or Personal Dedicated URL. * Using various downloads or installs from different IPs is a license violation, consequently, your license will be immediately revoked. DO NOT USE ANY VPN/PROXY during download/install. MAINTAIN USING THE SAME IP for your future download/install. The SUPER © Special Edition REQUIRES a direct Internet connection WITHOUT any VPN or Proxy DURING the following 3 steps: 1▮  Entering the License Key in the corresponding field of the SUPERsetup file during install, in order to check your License with our Central Database. 2▮  Validation & activation of the License Key by our Database upon 1st startup of the SUPER © Special Edition. 3▮  Random verification of your License Key by our Central Database to reconfirm validation. 5 consecutive validation's failures will lead to Revoking your License.

Refund Policy

Our SUPER © 3D Video Converter Player Recorder is available also as a totally Free version and hosted on on official website and on
various download mirror sites.
When you make your choice to select the SUPER © Special Edition Zero-Bundle, Zero-Toolbars, Zero-Addons, Payable version instead of
the Free version, you are mostly helping us to pursue our development and to monetize our time and efforts.
The Payable version is offered at a very affordable price, 3 to 5 times less than any Multimedia Encoding equivalent software. This low price is
almost assimilated to a generous supporting donation from your side for which we are very grateful and appreciative.

We DO NOT refund in the following unaccepted cases:
1- You changed your mind after purchasing the SUPER © Special Edition, irrelevant of the pretended reason.
2- You simply decided to uninstall the SUPER © Special Edition with no future use, and therefore want a refund.
3- The SUPER © Special Edition could not work well due to your improper operations or you did not follow our install requirements shown on our website.
4- The SUPER © Special Edition could not work due to a software or technical reason related to your PC.
5- You claimed some features or functions of the SUPER © Special Edition, never mentioned or never advertised on our official website.
6- When you requested the refund:
    a- you never provided any detailed information to assist our support team to locate the problem and find you the appropriate solution.
    b- you simply emailed your refund request to our support team with some agressive, insulting or obscene comments.

We might ONLY refund in the following 2 cases after the further cooperation from your side to locate and solve problem:
1- The SUPER © Special Edition have fatal technical problem(s) and we can not fix it within 3 working days or provide you with a temporary solution.
2- Duplicate orders, which was caused by the third party payment gateway platform.

IN ALL CASES, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT FROM THE AMOUNT REFUNDED TO YOU, OUR OWN HANDLING AND SUPPORT FEES OF 8$ (Eight USD)
